StackSight helps users identify recurring software and subscription spend. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the controls available to users.

Information We Collect

We collect account details you provide directly, such as your name and email address. When you connect Google Gmail, StackSight may access message metadata, snippets, and limited message content necessary to identify subscription receipts, billing notices, and renewal events.

How We Use Data

We use connected data to detect recurring charges, classify vendors, estimate billing cycles, surface renewal alerts, and improve subscription accuracy. We do not use Gmail-connected data for advertising.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may use service providers for hosting, infrastructure, monitoring, and email delivery, subject to contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Users may disconnect integrations and request deletion of imported subscription data by contacting the support email listed below.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect stored information. No internet transmission or storage method is guaranteed to be completely secure.
