By accessing or using StackSight, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service Description
StackSight provides subscription tracking, vendor visibility, and recurring spend analysis using user-provided data and connected integrations such as Gmail.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you provide, for securing your account credentials, and for ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable law and third-party terms.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with infrastructure, reverse engineer protected systems, or use StackSight to process data in violation of law.
Third-Party Services
StackSight depends on third-party services, including Google APIs. Continued availability of features may depend on those providers and their policies.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, except to the extent required by law. Subscription detection and vendor classification may not be perfectly accurate.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StackSight and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
